Must:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with a minimum of 5 years' development experience, specifically in React or React-based frameworks such as Next.js, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, Node.js, Redux, Express, and SCSS/Styled components. You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a microservice architecture and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in CI/CD tools, particularly AWS Code Build and GitHub, is essential. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience working with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, and Enzyme/RTL. Practical experience with A/B testing technologies is also required; we use Conductrics, but experience with other tools like AB Tasty or Adobe Target is acceptable. Finally, you should have practical development experience with tagging technologies, such as Google Analytics or equivalent.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, customer-facing applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6). You will build scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaboration within an agile team environment is also crucial, as you will work closely with engineers and QA professionals of varying seniority. You will lead and contribute to a major redesign and optimization of the customer journey, enhancing both out-of-session and in-session experiences. Additionally, you will design, run, and analyze A/B tests to improve user engagement, implementing successful variations into the core experience. Lastly, you will support the delivery of mission-critical, high-volume transactional web applications.

This position is a six-month contract located in London or Nottingham on a hybrid basis, requiring you to come into the office 2 to 3 times a month.
