Must:
We are looking for a proven Enterprise IT Architect with strong experience in complex transformations or separation initiatives. You should have a remarkable ability to balance conflicting demands and drive clarity across diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT/data/security architects, and business leaders. A deep technical understanding of infrastructure, applications, cloud (IaaS/SaaS), and managed service ecosystems is essential. Familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe or TOGAF and the ability to apply them pragmatically is also required. Desirable qualifications include certifications like BCS (Enterprise/Solution Architecture), SAFe 6.0, and ITIL V4/V3, along with experience in agile/DevOps practices, such as sprint planning and backlog management. Knowledge of AWS, utilities, or telecommunications domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this critical role, you will lead the transformation of our enterprise IT landscape through a vital organizational transition. Your key responsibilities will include developing the 'As-Is' enterprise IT architecture, highlighting domain coverage, and identifying service gaps. You will craft the 'Target State' architecture and roadmap focused on separation and license renewal, conduct heat-mapping to flag application and infrastructure hotspots, and gather and translate business requirements into coherent IT designs and strategies. Additionally, you will draft RFPs for procuring new IT services essential for the transition, ensure that our license renewal efforts align with the overall enterprise IT strategy, and provide technical leadership by defining architectural guardrails, aligning standards, and collaborating effectively with engineering, procurement, and security teams.
