Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an individual who has extensive experience managing AWS services, including but not limited to CloudWatch, Kubernetes, and Route53. You should have a strong expertise in DevOps practices, particularly in CI/CD pipelines and tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Jenkins. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft 365 Global Administration with a strong emphasis on security and compliance is essential. A solid understanding of ITIL principles and managing lifecycle processes is also required. While financial services experience and knowledge of Banking SaaS applications would be a plus, excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management of cloud platform configurations across multiple providers, focusing on development and customer support. You will drive DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security best practices with both onshore and offshore teams. Managing and optimizing AWS environments, leveraging services like CloudWatch, Kubernetes, and GuardDuty will be crucial. You will lead cloud operations projects, ensuring proper design and operational resilience while reviewing and recommending AWS-related changes in coordination with development and infrastructure teams. Maintaining operational alignment with ITIL standards and audit/compliance requirements will be an important part of your duties, along with supporting SaaS applications like Salesforce, Mambu, Glia, and Nice Actimize. Lastly, you will work with support teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.
