Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with experience in Azure and a strong technical skill set. Essential skills include Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Windows 11, server infrastructure, and networking. Desirable skills are PowerShell, SQL Server, SSRS, Hyper-V, ITIL, and CoLo environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service quality and continuous improvement. We require certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, MS-900, MD-102, MS-220, and SC-300. Additional desirable certifications include PL-900, ITIL Foundation, and CCNA/CCENT.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 3rd-line support and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical escalations and creating knowledge resources. Your duties will also include automating and streamlining service requests and remediation processes. You will manage and optimize Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and virtualized environments. Participation in service transitions, documentation, and ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management) will be expected. You will also partake in an on-call weekend rota and lead technical projects.
