Requirements
Must:

- Experience in a corporate global network environment, ideally within financial institutions.
- Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VXLAN, etc.).
- Experience with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or equivalents.
- Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages like YAML, JSON, or Python, along with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code or a keen willingness to learn it.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps-oriented environments.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute the deployment of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems across multiple sites.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve network design, optimize performance, and reduce latency.
- Automate deployment and monitoring tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Analyze current network deployments and propose improvements for scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Influence technical direction by identifying trends and recommending innovative solutions and architectures.
