Lead Behavioral Modeling Quant Strategist

- You will be responsible for defining and executing a regional model framework for transaction monitoring, ensuring alignment with our global strategy regarding coverage, data, model development, and optimization. - Your role involves managing cross-functional teams on large-scale model development and deployment projects, and becoming a trusted partner with our regional Anti-Financial Crime team to address coverage gaps in model design through data analytics. - Supporting and implementing key data initiatives will be part of your duties, including data lineage, data quality controls, and managing data quality issues. - You will ensure that monitoring systems and scenarios comply with all model governance standards, creating metrics and reports to maintain the effectiveness of transaction monitoring models. - Identifying and assessing emerging technologies that can enhance our detection mechanisms will be key to your role. - You will represent the function in regulatory discussions, audits, and internal committees; travel may be required.
