Requirements
Must:
- Extensive data and analytics experience, ideally within a financial services environment. Expertise in visualization design is a plus.
- University degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or mathematics.
- Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data structures.
- Ability to translate data to extract meaningful commercial insights and visualize data to support decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner with various teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a uniform set of client profitability metrics used across the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank.
- Design and implement visualizations to embed analytics into business workflows.
- Design and implement data models and flows that are optimally flexible and performant.
- Proficiency in data engineering and data science implementations in Python (Pandas) and SQL.
- Familiarity with visualization implementations/techniques in DashUI, ag-grid, or plotly is a plus.
