Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a successful applicant who can demonstrate strong diagnostic and technical skills along with a solid understanding in the following areas:
- Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Management.
- Microsoft Windows Desktop, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Office 365 Administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Networking (Switches, Firewalls, Routers, and WIFI).
- Microsoft Office Applications.
- Virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Data Backup and Recovery Methods.
In addition to your technical skills, we value strong soft skills, organization, and teamwork abilities. You should possess excellent communication skills, have a minimum of 1 year of experience in 2nd line helpdesk support, be capable of troubleshooting complex IT issues, and demonstrate a high attention to detail with a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional-level remote IT support to our customers. You will also assist with routine backup monitoring. The position is based at our Carlisle office, and you will work full-time from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Description

Additionally, you will receive 25 days of holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, a company laptop, and uniform. The salary for this position ranges from £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 per year.
