Requirements
Must:
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a senior Server/Infrastructure support role covering Microsoft, virtualization, Hyperconverged, CITRIX, Backups, and Cloud technology. You should be able to demonstrate strong technical ability in multiple technologies, possess excellent problem-solving and customer management skills, and have proven experience working both independently and as part of a team. You should also have experience leading high-profile Infrastructure project delivery to tight timelines, be objective driven, and able to provide management cover for the Infrastructure Team Leader. Effective communication and highly tuned problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record of developing junior staff's skills.

In the role of Senior Infrastructure Officer, here’s an example of what you will be doing to make an impact:
- Work in a senior Server/Infrastructure role providing support for Microsoft, virtualization, CITRIX, Backups, Cloud, and Hyperconverged technology.
- Design and build secure, scalable IT infrastructure while managing capacity.
- Handle incidents, problems, and requests effectively.
- Manage relationships with customers and third parties.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent IT support.
- Lead on high-profile Infrastructure project delivery to tight time scales.
- Provide management cover for the Infrastructure Team Leader and other senior roles as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and third parties, and produce reports and technical documentation.
- Train and develop junior staff.
