Requirements

Must:
- Proven problem solver with experience in an architectural domain - Demonstrable technical skills in Business or Enterprise Architecture - Familiarity with one or more Business or Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. BizBok, TOGAF, NATO) - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills - Ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level - Skill in applying flexible, innovative, and persuasive problem-solving approaches - Experience creating a full range of business modelling collateral - Strong communication skills to build trust and explain complex issues clearly - Track record in developing and delivering learning and development strategies - Experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance capabilities

Responsibilities

- Undertake strategic analysis and modeling of the Department’s business architecture - Define current and target states and develop roadmaps for change initiatives - Build strong relationships and work in partnership with colleagues across the business - Contribute to the leadership group within the Business Strategy team - Lead the delivery and development of the Departments strategy - Facilitate and encourage sharing of information within the team - Create and maintain the team’s knowledgebase and business architecture collateral - Measure the capabilities required by the Department to achieve desired outcomes - Mentor and coach team members and share expert knowledge
