Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the go-to support analyst for everything from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. You’ll take ownership of managing and maintaining IT hardware and software, monitoring systems, and resolving and escalating issues as needed. Additionally, you will handle service desk tickets and play a key role in supporting infrastructure, networks, and telephony. Assisting with Microsoft Office and CRM systems and ensuring seamless AV support for meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.
