- Curious, switched on, and willing to learn
- No formal qualifications strictly required, but experience, attitude, and competence matter more
Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support for our customers, both remote and occasional onsite
- Troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, networks, and devices
- Conduct network and server maintenance
- Investigate failures and perform root cause analysis, avoiding quick fixes
- Support and deliver IT projects as part of a wider team
