We are looking for confident, experienced, and team-oriented individuals who can bring their unique experiences to strengthen our growing capability. You should have comprehensive experience in the ServiceNow technical ecosystem, working on applications including, but not limited to, ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM. A proven track record of working in ServiceNow programs for large enterprises is essential.
Key criteria include:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP and the ServiceNow product suite (Integration Hub, Workflow Data Fabric).
- Strong presentation skills, allowing you to communicate complex technical solutions clearly across various stakeholder types.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a penchant for working independently.
- Enthusiasm for delivering market-leading solutions that make a difference for our clients.
- Advanced understanding of ServiceNow development practices and proficiency in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies is necessary.
- Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer is required.
- Certification in ServiceNow Implementation (CIS) in two or more applications is needed.
- Familiarity with CSDM 5.0 is a plus.
Desirable experience includes:
- Certification as a ServiceNow CMA and/or CTA or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Discovery and Service Mapping approaches, GenAI/Agentic AI/NowAssist.
- Certification in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines or relevant certifications.
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Demonstrable thought leadership across one or more of our sector industries such as Life Sciences & Healthcare, Consumer, Energy, Resource and Industrial, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Financial Services.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in our ServiceNow team, I expect you to play a critical role in client delivery, working closely with solution architects to provide technical expertise that identifies, designs, and delivers ServiceNow solutions aligned with our clients objectives. Your role will include:
- Designing targeted solutions addressing technical requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules, considering operational, maintainability, and user experience implications.
- Cultivating and managing client relationships at a peer-to-peer level, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to both non-technical and technical stakeholders in a concise manner.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Leading solution design sessions and workshops with clear agendas and objectives.
- Upholding adherence to architecture and governance standards to deliver robust, adaptable, and scalable solutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Developing high-quality design and facilitation materials such as high-level architectures, low-level architectures, and workshop presentations.
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction, while working with Business Analysts and Developers to align technical solutions with submitted requirements.
- Demonstrating awareness of team management, particularly within an Agile framework, and managing the workload of development teams.
I also expect you to play a vital role in growing and developing our delivery pipeline, supporting new business opportunities, and expanding our firms client base by:
- Assisting in developing proposals, creating conceptual designs, and identifying suitable approaches for prospective clients.
- Presenting in sales phases and showcasing Deloittes expertise.
- Leading a team in creating demos and proof of concepts to support the sales cycle.
You will also be significant in mentoring and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers, contributing to our cultural growth.
