Must:

- Familiarity with NoSQL frameworks like Hadoop
- Knowledge of parsing and manipulating structured data formats (RDBMS, XML, JSON, text files)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in standards-driven environments
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders to clarify business requirements
- Experience collaborating with application development teams, testers, and management
- Extensive Java Development experience
- Experience with Spring, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Produce estimates for requirements as needed
- Code new developments and enhancements following standards
- Create functional design specifications and user stories
- Adhere to code quality, data, and unit testing standards
- Identify and implement necessary integration tests and automation tests
- Participate in peer reviews as required
- Supervise and coach junior resources to ensure knowledge transfer
- Provide system test support during code migration to System Test
- Assist with testing and live releases
