We are looking for confident, experienced, and team-oriented individuals who can strengthen our growing capability. Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a functional or business analyst role, specifically with applications like ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM.
- A proven track record in ServiceNow programs for large enterprises, with a strong understanding of service management processes across IT, HR, customer service, and finance.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, applications, and their functionalities (forms, flows, rules, integrations, etc.).
- Experience in writing user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development practices and proficiency in all phases of program delivery, particularly Scrum/Agile frameworks.
- The ability to deliver work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong digital transformation experience for tier-one clients in an advisory or consultancy capacity.
- Developed presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to various stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for working without clear instruction.
- A passion for delivering market-leading solutions that make a difference for our clients.

Responsibilities
In the role of a Senior Manager in our ServiceNow team, you will have the opportunity to lead client relationships and solution delivery from day one. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving workstream objectives by engaging with business stakeholders and collaborating with solution architects to design and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that support our clients’ goals.
- Cultivating and managing client relationships while building trust across various architectural stakeholder landscapes.
- Translating business requirements into functional designs and providing ServiceNow subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.
- Supporting testing cycles, effectively engaging with the testing community throughout the program.
- Keeping abreast of future ServiceNow features and understanding their potential impacts on emerging client designs.
- Overseeing the maintenance of core agile documentation and ceremonies, such as user stories and sprint reviews.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Leading specific workstreams within overall projects in accordance with the established program governance.
- Identifying and promptly addressing risks and issues through program governance.
- Developing high-quality design, facilitation, and presentation materials.
