Must:
We are seeking Data Engineers who hold active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance. To be considered, you should have proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala for data manipulation and ETL processes. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL, is essential. You should have knowledge of modern data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake. Familiarity with ETL tools such as Apache Nifi, Talend, or Apache Airflow for workflow automation is also required. Experience with Big Data technologies, including frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka, is important. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure for data storage and processing is necessary. Additionally, a strong understanding of data modeling to design efficient structures that support robust analytics is crucial. Experience in creating and working with RESTful APIs to enable secure and seamless data access across systems is required. Knowledge of best practices and tools for data quality and governance is a must. Proficiency in version control tools like Git for collaboration and codebase management is expected.
