We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with a foundational understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical), and database technologies (such as relational databases, NoSQL, data warehouses, and data lakes). You should be familiar with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and metadata management concepts. An understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts and their associated data requirements and challenges is essential. Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one programming language (such as Python or Java) is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. We value the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial include:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is also required.

Responsibilities
As a Data Architecture Assistant Manager, I will work closely with the Head of Data Architecture and a team of data professionals to design, implement, and maintain robust data architecture solutions that support our strategic objectives, especially in the age of AI.
My key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, documentation, and maintenance of data architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
- Supporting the design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various business domains and applications.
- Contributing to the evaluation and selection of data technologies and platforms.
- Providing input into data dictionaries and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging data technologies, and best practices in data architecture, governance, and AI data management.
In the realm of data governance, I will help implement and adhere to policies focusing on data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data security. I will also assist in defining and enforcing standards for data used in AI/Machine Learning models.
Additionally, I will develop comprehensive documentation for data models, data flows, data dictionaries, and architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and transparency.
