Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in construction coordination or administrative support within technical projects.
- Solid understanding of construction workflows, processes, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design and drafting tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site teams to schedule and manage crane operators, ensuring completion of inductions and verification of security clearances.
- Provide support in preparing lift plans and method statements.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist with yard operations loading and unloading transport.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and accuracy of technical drawings and specifications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our crawler crane hire operations, ensuring precise record-keeping and efficient coordination of technical activities.
