IT Operations Coordinator

- Manage daily administrative operations related to IT functions, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. - Maintain accurate data entry records and update information using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. - Support the organisations IT infrastructure by assisting with basic troubleshooting and equipment organisation. - Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. - Organise schedules, meetings, and documentation related to IT projects and operational activities. - Assist in inventory management of hardware and software assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. - Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and preparing reports as required. - Support the IT team with administrative tasks such as preparing presentations or reports using Microsoft Office applications.
