Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery and development of simulation components for weapon systems using an agile methodology
- Integrating real products, models, and synthetic environments to provide visualisation, demonstrations, verification & validation, and training capabilities
- Guiding a team of engineers and leveraging the advancement of synthetic environments to enable systems exploration and development
- Delivering demonstrators, system simulators, emulators, and training simulators
- Utilising IEEE and military standards in various environments and visualisation tools
- Developing real-time software components to simulate weapon systems, including hardware integration
