Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, or C#. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with familiarity with Linux or Windows-based operating systems. You should have a solid understanding of version control and agile development environments, as well as knowledge of the Cyber domain. Additionally, comprehension of common software design and testing patterns is important. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build systems and perform continuous integration. Finally, you must be eligible to achieve DV clearance (British Citizen and UK resident for the last 10 years).
Responsibilities
As a Cyber Software Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and building critical systems that support National Security missions. You will employ secure coding practices to maintain software quality and integrate software with operating systems at a low level. You will work collaboratively with a team on cutting-edge technology solutions, including AI, Cyber, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, and Platform Engineering. Understanding and applying knowledge of operating systems, networking, and network protocols will be key, as will implementing systems and performing continuous integration.
