Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in user-centred design and human-centred research
- Proven ability to select and apply appropriate research methods
- Experience working in government or regulated environments
- Familiarity with agile teams and contributing to GDS or service assessments
- Ability to lead research programmes and manage stakeholders (for senior role)
- Mentoring capability for junior researchers (for senior role)
- Must be based in the UK with existing right to work
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research
- Develop research strategies and roadmaps
- Work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and developers
- Advocate for users, including those with accessibility needs
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers (for senior role)
