Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Windows Client & Server operating systems
- Experience working on a customer-focused support desk
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries (desirable)
- Familiarity with VPN, IIS, and remote access technologies (desirable)
- Experience with Active Directory, networking, or Citrix (desirable)
- Understanding of SQL Server SSIS Packages (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Log, diagnose, and resolve support issues
- Provide timely responses to customer queries
- Maintain internal systems and documentation
- Test software fixes and implement updates
- Escalate issues according to SLA requirements
- Contribute to knowledgebase articles and process improvements
