Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years leading technical teams
- 5+ years in IT with extensive Linux administration across Debian, CentOS, RHEL flavors
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments; familiarity with tools like Ansible, Puppet, Zabbix
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Broader vision for data centre operations
- Desirable: Knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, scripting, cloud/virtualization, and hardware (storage/CPU/GPU)
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and unite the team while promoting collaboration and skill development
- Make decisions and empower team members while supporting the Data Centre Manager
- Drive proactive improvements, including tool evolution like Zabbix and Grafana
- Oversee third-line support and system/infrastructure development
- Ensure platform stability and translate stakeholder needs into agile solutions
