Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 1-2 years in IT support preferred.
- Knowledge of EPoS operations, SQL Server, Windows, networking, and remote access tools is highly desirable
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line service desk support
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and hardware systems
- Log, manage, and resolve support tickets in line with SLAs
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking issues
- Escalate complex issues where required
- Participate in an on-call rota (once competent)
Description
We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software, and EPoS systems via phone, email, and in-person. Our location is in Fareham, Hampshire, and we offer a salary of £27,000-£32,000, plus benefits such as BUPA and Pension after probation.
