Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven experience in senior financial management or FP&A roles within technology or financial services, with 5-7+ years of relevant experience. You should possess strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Power BI and Oracle Cloud Financials. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential, as you will need to influence senior leaders effectively. A strategic mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach is crucial for this role. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Responsibilities
In this key leadership role, I will expect you to lead financial planning and analysis across Digital Engineering, managing both Opex and Capex budgets. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering cost optimization opportunities across BAU and investment portfolios, strengthening financial governance and transparency over technology expenditure. In addition, you will partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term technology objectives and support transformation initiatives, including the shift to cloud-based architectures. You will also drive resource planning, reporting improvements, and the development of FinOps capabilities.
