Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in user-centred design and human-centred research
- Proven ability to select and apply appropriate research methods
- Experience working in government or regulated environments (highly desirable)
- Experience in agile teams
- Contributing to GDS or service assessments (highly desirable)
- Ability to lead research programmes (for senior role)
- Manage stakeholders (for senior role)
- Mentor junior researchers (for senior role)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research
- Develop research strategies and roadmaps
- Work closely with designers, product managers, analysts, and developers
- Advocate for users, including those with accessibility needs
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers (for senior role)
Description
We are a leading digital consultancy working across the public sector and beyond, looking to hire two User Researchers (one mid-level and one senior) to support the delivery of high-quality, user-centred digital services. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in an office located closest to your home, with multiple office locations across the UK including London, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, and Edinburgh.
