Must:
We are looking for a Systems Support Engineer who has proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT support role. You should possess strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, in-depth networking knowledge (including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN), and practical experience with tools like ping and tracert. Additionally, solid hands-on experience with software licensing systems (such as FlexLM or RLM) and a comfort level in managing, setting up, and supporting virtual machines, particularly Microsoft Hyper-V, is expected. You should be confident in using remote support tools and troubleshooting hardware issues with desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be supporting both technical and non-technical users. A customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach is important, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Having experience supporting specialized or complex software in a SaaS environment, prior work in international or multi-site support teams, and basic scripting skills (such as PowerShell or Batch) would be desirable. Relevant IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP would also be beneficial.

You will utilize remote tools (such as TeamViewer, RDP, and GoToAssist) to diagnose system-level software issues and set up, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and local network infrastructure. Additionally, you will resolve software licensing and activation queries, document support cases, contribute to our knowledge base, and escalate complex technical challenges when necessary.
