Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in C++ development
- Proven experience in developing complex software components in C++
- Experience in planning and executing development projects, including estimation, risk management, and time management
- Leadership experience in directing a team and developing team members
Responsibilities
- Develop and review software requirements, functional specifications, and design documents
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
- Create white-box tests, including automated unit tests
- Lead technical teams and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
