Requirements
Must:
- Deep TBM Council standards, IT cost classification, and technology cost-modelling expertise from large enterprises
- Proven IT budgeting/forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback/showback experience
- Hands-on TBM/ITFM tools and stakeholder mastery, translating complex data to executive insights
- Desirable: Banking/regulated experience, FinOps/cloud financial management, application portfolio costing
- TBM/Apptio certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA TBM roadmap execution, maturing TBM taxonomy, IT tower cost models, governance, and activity-based costing for IT
- Own TBM/ITFM cost engines (cost pools → towers → applications → services → business units) aligned with Finance budgeting/forecasting
- Act as functional lead for TBM platforms (Apptio, Magic Orange, Cost Lens, Proven Optics, Yarken), ensuring data integrity
- Deliver dashboards analyzing run/grow/transform spend, FinOps metrics, application rationalisation, and vendor optimisation
- Mentor analysts and present insights to senior Technology/Finance leaders
