Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Windows Client & Server operating systems.
- Experience working on a customer-focused support desk.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries (desirable).
- Familiarity with VPN, IIS, and remote access technologies (desirable).
- Understanding of Active Directory, networking, or Citrix (desirable).
- Experience with SQL Server SSIS Packages (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Log, diagnose, and resolve support issues.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries.
- Maintain internal systems and documentation.
- Test software fixes and implement updates.
- Escalate issues according to SLA requirements.
- Contribute to knowledgebase articles and process improvements.
