Requirements
Must:
- Proven Microsoft Copilot delivery experience
- Hands-on Copilot rollout experience
- Expertise in Copilot from pilot to production
- Technical configuration for Copilot, including data labeling and access controls
- Governance frameworks knowledge (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies)
- 3rd/4th line escalation ownership for M365 incidents
- Experience with Microsoft 365 engineering (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Knowledge of PowerShell automation
- Awareness of Microsoft roadmap
- Background in financial services or heavily regulated sectors
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot
- Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of Copilot
- Handle technical configuration and desktop integration for Windows 11 and Outlook clients
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks
- Oversee 3rd/4th line escalation for M365 incidents
- Engage in engineering for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune (20-30% of role)
