Requirements
Must:
- IT and networking knowledge
- AV/digital signage experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7, 10 & 11 Embedded)
- Experienced in problem solving, especially with ISPs (ADSL, VDSL, 3G & 4G)
- Remote support experience (e.g., TeamViewer)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Perform remote and on-site fault diagnosis and resolution
- Install, replace, and maintain equipment
- Manage and update the ticketing system and technical documentation
- Monitor and update digital signage content
- Assist with project tasks and stock/asset management
- Build strong relationships with clients and teams
