Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience as a Systems or Network Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and system security
- Experience with VMware, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Intune
- Confident in supporting LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, and VoIP
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must live within a 45-minute commute of the Harlow office
- Nice to have: MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, Azure, SQL Server, Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Support and administer the companys IT systems, including servers, networks, PCs, firewalls, wireless, VoIP, and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Perform system upgrades and maintain system security
- Manage backups and implement disaster recovery plans
- Provide helpdesk support and document IT processes
- Support warehouse operations as needed
