Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing ERP implementation or upgrade projects. You should have a track record of delivering software development projects throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, and Agile is essential. Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills are required, along with proficiency in project tools like MS Project, DevOps, and MS Teams. It would be desirable if you have experience with Microsoft Business Central or hold an ITIL or AgilePM certification.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define, plan, and deliver ERP and software development projects, applying structured project management methods to ensure delivery is within scope, budget, and timescales. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, manage third-party vendors, and drive enhancements, integrations, and upgrades of the ERP system. You will need to exercise strong governance and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, engaging regularly at senior and steering group levels.

This opportunity is part of a respected organization, offering a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Waterbeach, Cambridge, with a salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 plus benefits.
