Must:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong stakeholder and staff management capabilities. You should have in-depth technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and production systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Additionally, a proven ability in process planning, documentation, and support management is essential. Experience with cyber security, third-party management, and modern IT ecosystems is desirable.
Responsibilities
As our IT Manager, you will serve as the main internal IT contact and deliver hands-on Level 3 IT engineering support across the business. You will manage internal and third-party teams to ensure smooth IT operations and system evolution. It's crucial to safeguard system confidentiality, integrity, and availability while collaborating closely with our cyber security engineer and overseeing regular maintenance. You will be responsible for planning and executing IT changes, improvements, and process updates with minimal disruption. Maintaining robust IT documentation, change records, and procedure reference materials will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead and develop staff, fostering an efficient helpdesk support function, and troubleshoot issues by crafting strong repair and resolution strategies.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Marden, Herefordshire, offering a competitive salary of £48k - £52k depending on experience.
