Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience with Terminal Services and/or Citrix, along with a working knowledge of Windows Server and O365 applications such as SharePoint and OneDrive. A full driving license is essential, as the role requires occasional travel. Ideally, you should also have familiarity with Microsoft SQL (DBA/T-SQL) and Microsoft scripting (PowerShell, VBA), along with advanced knowledge of Citrix/Windows Terminal Services and back-end web technologies.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to maintain and troubleshoot servers, PCs, network infrastructure, and software. You will manage IT projects while ensuring accurate documentation. Logging and escalating incidents and service requests will be part of your responsibilities, along with ensuring compliance with IT standards and Health & Safety guidelines. Additionally, you will support team training and development and may need to provide occasional out-of-hours support as well as travel as required.
