Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years leadership experience within IT operations/infrastructure
- Some Linux exposure (admin-level understanding is enough)
- Experience with tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Zabbix (or similar)
- Strong communicator and decision-maker
- ITIL Foundation (or willingness to gain it)
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a technical support/operations team
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture
- Support day-to-day operations with the Data Centre Manager
- Improve processes, tooling and service reliability
- Promote Agile ways of working
- Ensure systems and services remain stable and continuously improved
Description
