Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a PMO or project role within Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
- Strong experience in enterprise or portfolio-level planning, dependency management, and resourcing support across multiple workstreams
- Strong intermediate Excel skills and experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project for the web
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Responsibilities
- Support the central PMO by providing structure, planning capability, and governance across the portfolio
- Maintain and enhance PMO controls and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy at the portfolio level
- Track and maintain a clear view of dependencies across the portfolio, identifying and highlighting interconnected risks
- Support portfolio-level resourcing by overlaying change and SME demand to assess capacity and prioritization
- Produce clear and accurate portfolio reporting, translating complex data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders
