Responsibilities
- Lead 7–10 graduate AI engineers, coaching, reviewing code, and shaping careers.
- Set engineering standards and a culture of quality.
- Build production-ready AI workflow automations with Langflow, Python, and API integrations.
- Partner with our AI platform team for ML expertise and deliver systems that actually work in production.
