Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (essential)
- Ten or more years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery, with at least five or more years in a lead role (essential)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification (essential)
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) (desired)
- At least two full life cycle implementation experiences of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM (essential)
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture (essential)
- Understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance standards (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
- Strong professional documentation skills (essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (essential)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills (essential)
- Ability to work independently (essential)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM solutions
- Ensure successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements
- Oversee the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and maintain compliance with relevant standards
- Document processes and deliverables to ensure quality and transparency
- Facilitate team meetings and provide leadership to project teams
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges that arise during project implementation
