Requirements
Must:
- I expect the successful candidate to have a strong background in enterprise architecture and related frameworks.
- Expertise in ICT strategy, technical architecture, and security architecture is essential.
- Proven experience with compliance standards such as PSN, PCI-DSS, LGA Cyber Security, and penetration testing protocols is required.
- Familiarity with key platforms and technologies, including Microsoft Azure, M365, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management, is necessary.
- You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex information.
- A hands-on approach with a focus on sustainability, security, and integration within the council's priorities and policies is expected.
Responsibilities
- I will require you to liaise directly with the current Enterprise Architect to understand and document the council's ICT Strategy and technical architecture.
- You will be responsible for documenting existing security architecture and key platforms and technologies in use.
- Producing clear documentation and handover materials to support ongoing strategic planning and operational delivery will be one of your key tasks.
- I expect you to provide support to the ICT Project Office Manager and the wider ICT Services team with technical advice and short-term input into strategic initiatives.
- Your work should ensure alignment with council priorities and ICT policies.
Description
This is a short-term role that plays a critical part in maintaining continuity during a transitional period within Middlesbrough Council's ICT Services. I am looking for someone who can seamlessly step into this role, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service delivery. Please include the day rate you require for this position.
