Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years in an IT background
- Full UK Driving License
- Working at height certifications (desired but not essential)
- CSCS card (desired but not essential)
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to our end users (remotely, via email, via phone, or in person)
- Administer user accounts and licensing using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Liaise with current and prospective suppliers
- Work with our Business Development Manager to strategize new sales
- Install data cabling for networks and CCTV systems
- Maintain and install CCTV and Intruder Alarm equipment
- Conduct PAT Testing (training provided)
Description
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a capable and confident IT Support Engineer to join our team. No day is the same; some days will be based in the office, while other days will involve working on-site to install PCs, diagnose network faults, install data cabling, or even commission CCTV and alarm systems. Our goal is to provide an in-house solution for all our customers' technology needs, starting from advanced IT support right through to PAT testing the appliances that our end users use daily. To thrive in this position, you will need to be a team player, while also being confident in working independently. All interviews will be held in person at our main office in Ripley.
