Requirements
Must:
- Experience managing enterprise clients within a technology, SaaS, or data platform environment
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to balance relationship management with operational execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in developing customer success frameworks and processes
Responsibilities
- Manage senior client relationships, engaging stakeholders through to C suite
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to client objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks across key accounts
- Contribute to building scalable customer success frameworks and operational processes
- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback informs platform development
