Requirements
Must:
- ~4 years experience in consulting, financial services, or startup environments
- Background in a smaller consultancy or high-growth setting
- Strong commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills
- Confident in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments
- Experience in Data Engineering, GenAI, Data Science, and BI/Reporting
- Proficient in client tech stack including Excel, Tableau, Power-BI, Python, SQL, and Alteryx
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor others
Responsibilities
- Own and lead client projects end-to-end
- Manage and develop Associate & Senior Associate Consultants
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and C-suite
- Solve ambiguous, complex business problems using structured thinking
- Deliver clear, impactful insights and recommendations
