Manager, Big Data Architecture

- Provide strategic leadership for delivering professional services engagements to high-value Databricks customers - Build and manage the Resident Solutions Architect team, overseeing mentorship and guidance - Own the delivery of customer projects in your region to ensure they are managed and delivered to target and exacting standards - Act as an ambassador for Services and their value in the region, representing the organization in steering committees - Work with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure Services support the development of the local business - Achieve regional team targets for billable utilization, hiring, and revenue - Partner with account executives, customer success, and field engineering leaders to guide Resident Solutions Architects on professional services projects - Resolve customer concerns on strategic accounts and professional services engagements - Analyze operational processes and escalation procedures, performing training needs assessments to identify opportunities for improving service delivery - Manage a team of Resident Solutions Architects, handling escalations, mentoring team members, and building career paths for assigned team members.
