Requirements
Must:

- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelors is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Description
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models by assessing and enhancing how AI systems understand design work. This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position where you can choose which projects to work on and on your own schedule. General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr, while design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work. Our company is in a new and growing area focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles.
