Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership experience within analytics or business intelligence teams, ideally in fast-moving, consumer-facing organizations. You should have a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and commercial outcomes. Excellent SQL skills and experience with modern BI tools are essential. Additionally, the ability to set direction and standards for a distributed analytics team while supporting embedded analysts in different domains is crucial.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Analytics, you will lead a team of analysts embedded across product, marketing, finance, and operations. You will also be responsible for setting the standards, frameworks, and governance centrally. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created leadership position, shape the analytics strategy, and deliver measurable commercial impact in a fast-paced, digital-first business.
