Requirements
Must:
We require proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on integration. You should have expertise in data and API-driven integration, along with a broad understanding of enterprise systems and digital platforms. A background in Defence Support engineering or logistics environments is essential. Familiarity with Defence Digital principles, including networks, cloud, operational service management, cyber operations, and IDAM is also needed. Additionally, you should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience in consulting or advisory roles, as well as an understanding of business change initiatives, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead solution and integration architecture design across multiple systems and platforms. You will be responsible for defining API and data integration strategies in line with digital standards. Your architectural guidance will be crucial in navigating a complex technical landscape. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be vital to ensure that our solutions meet compliance and security requirements. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear technical insight and advice.
Description
This is a 5-month contract position with a rate of £650 - £700 per day (Inside IR35). You will primarily work from home, but you are required to be on-site with the client in Bristol two days a week. We are looking forward to recruiting an SC Cleared Solution Architect who can help design and shape complex digital solutions for a high-profile government organisation, supporting critical Defence Support engineering and logistics services.
