We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions using C#, TypeScript, and the Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate). Proven experience in managing or mentoring developers within an Agile and DevOps environment is essential. You should be familiar with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development. Knowledge of data migration, integration, and service-oriented architecture is important. Excellent communication skills are a must, enabling you to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on leadership role, I will lead, motivate, and develop a team of five developers, supporting their growth and performance. I will drive the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Additionally, I will oversee CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes using Azure DevOps, manage system integrations and data migrations with third-party systems, and ensure that our solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with audit requirements. I will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while maintaining and evolving our development standards, documentation, and best practice processes. Hands-on coding and development activities in C#, TypeScript, and the Power Platform will also be part of my contributions.
